Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 cups wholemeal stoneground flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 packet instant yeast<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc cup linseeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd cup sunflower seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd cup pumpkin seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 teaspoons unrefined salt(Himalayan or unrefined\nsea salt) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 cups warm water <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seed Bread Step 1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Prepare a large loaf tin, well\nsprayed with baking spray<\/li>
  2. Place dry ingredients in a\nlarge bowl & mix<\/li>
  3. Add water and mix well with a\nwooden spoon(no kneading) <\/li>
  4. Place the batter into the loaf\ntin and leave in a warm area(near the stove, windowsill) uncovered, till well\nrisen, time to rise is 40 to 60 minutes depending on ambient temperature<\/li>
  5. Bake in a pre heated oven for 1\nhour at 200, If you like an extra crispy crust remove from the loaf tin for the\nlast 10 minutes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
