Spa Etiquette
A Space of Tranquility
Our spa experience is relaxing, calming and rejuvenating. To ensure the best experience for all guests Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge politely asks for you to place your cell phones on silent and to speak quietly in the spa area as treatments are most likely on the go.Â
Punctuality
Guests are requested to arrive at the spa 15 minutes early in order for a consultation form to be filled out and your treatments to begin timeously.
Payment of Treatments
Prices are subject to change without notice. Charges are added to the guest’s room account and can be settled at the lodge’s reception on departure.
General
All ages are welcome, however guests under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult.
